Building the visual and communication identity of an international civil-engineering group — from scratch, as a one-person function.
The challenge
An international civil-engineering group (~70 people, 5 countries) with deep technical substance — bridges, viaducts, infrastructure, proprietary AI-driven R&D — but a visual presence that didn't match the ambition. The brand needed to look as advanced as the engineering, and communication had to reach the right professional audience.

Head of Communication & Marketing — brand, web, video, content. Solo.
What I did
- Brand & visual identity — built the "real bridge → digital blue" visual language, applied across every channel.
